do you find a frog

in mid leap?

in distrust that it might land?

if you were to become, again, anew

this day

with no knowing

of sin,

of guilt,

of shame,

of fear,

would you ever doubt

anything

within yourself

again?

how did the doubt get in?

can you dismiss

and release it

as not in service

to your highest service

to your deepest self

to this world

to being?
